Return and shippingReturn policy
Dear Customers,
Due to Covid-19, we really can not take any returns for masks that are used or breathed through. We sincerely hope for your understanding. Before you return your masks, please contact us first: sales@betterlifemart.com.
Returnable: All masks which are unopened are accepted for 100% refund, no restocking fee. All returns should be sent back within 30 days in the new and unopened original 3M package. Customers pay the return shipping cost.
Shipping and handling
Orders will be shipped via DHL, USPS, FedEx, or USPS. The masks shown in stock on our website will be shipped out immediately after our customer places the order. Shipping time is around 2-5days. Normally, our clients get their shipped order within 3 days. Everything is shipped from our Nevada warehouse. All our masks are shipped free within the United states.
Changes to or cancellations of order
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel or change your order before shipment. Please contact us via email sales@betterlifemart.com for your order shipment status first.
